It's not easy to find a traditional handlebar but they do pop out from time to time at ebay. Nitto makes nice bars but I would prefer something italian on the Colnago.

I have to admit that I like the mag material almost as much as the frame! :thumbup:

Update: Found an eccentric spacer at a local bike shop who use to sell Colnago's, they charged me $30 just for the spacer!!!! Had to pay it unfortunately as I needed it. Anyway, the spacer is a little too long so I've given it to my friend who is an aircraft engineer so he'll get it machined on lathe so it fits properly. Should have that back in the next day or two.

So the frame has been completely stripped, cleaned and polished all over. All parts have been de-greased, cleaned/polished and re-greased/lubed. It's waiting patiently for some photo's and re-assembly.

Some updated pics as of today. Still trying to source an ITM PRO-260 Strada bar 44cm but having no luck at all. Think this is going to be a long build unfortunately.

Such pristine condition... building it is half the fun, especially when trying to source specific parts not readily available anymore.
Colnago C64 - The Naked Build; Colnago C60 - PR99; Trek Koppenberg - Where Emonda and Domane Meet;
Unlinked Builds (searchable): Colnago C59 - 5 Years Later; Trek Emonda SL Campagnolo SR; Special Colnago EPQ

Thanks Wingnut, not the exact ones I am after as they are about 100grams heavier than the PRO-260's but probably as close as I will get for now. I have sent the seller an enquiry anyway to see some more photo's to determine the true condition.
