Are you sure its the BB? I heard this exact same sound and it was my chain catcher being 2mm too close and was rubbing the quick link.
Does it make the same sound with the cranks unloaded, ie on the work stand?

I'm very sure it's the BB. It doesn't make the noise unloaded on a stand. It goes away when I stop pedaling and is consistent with the cadence. I'm about to pull the trigger on a Hambini bottom bracket and just use a Shimano crank...I'm not happy about the extra weight though!

try to reinstall the rear hanger. silenced part of my clicking noise. make sure to pack the hanger with grease where is meets the rear dropout, torque it up and make sure your rear derailleur is mounted directly under the cassette

Ok... I pulled crank back off and cleaned and regressed this time with park grease so I can Ride this weekend and not be an embarrassment. I took her out for quick spin and creaking from hell. I decided to swap rear wheels and quick release just as another test and creak seems gone?? WTF.. I will test it tomorrow to determine if it comes back. Typically the creak is there after about 10-20 miles once it's been regressed and or new bearings.

On a side note, I have been going loco and ordered a new red GXP crank and the BBInfiniti setup for the CAAD12. It appears this set will add about 100grams total but it is a one piece unit that is supposed to be the best BB30 option. If the freaks come back then I will install the gxp setup.

It may have been a QR or something on the rear wheel. Maybe you can return or sell that other crank.

My guess is QR or perhaps cassette on freehub (add grease in between).

So many things can be the cause of noise at crank speed because of the various forces applied to so many parts when you pedal.

Ok... so the GXP crank and BBinfinite setup has arrived but unfortunately my creak ran scared and currently she is noise free!

Check out the video I made with the parts since I can't host pictures.
