What pressure do you run? Weight, I'm in the same ballpark and keep them (open Corsas) 100-105psi and 105-110 psi front/rear. So far after few hundred km on quite crappy roads, no punctures. I run very similar pressure using tubs Veloflex Carbon and Arenberg, and Vittoria open Pave on my winter wheels. I do get punctures very rarely, the last one few thousand km ago.

Changed over to the Michelins, weighed in at 6,940g with pedals, bottle cages, chain catcher and Garmin mount.

Pretty happy but weight to be saved with new bars, stem and brakes.....

Few mods as of late.

Enve Di2 SES aero bars - 267g w/ plugs, 250g once cut and plugs removed

Enve 110mm stem - 130g w/ 2x long Garmin mount bolts (123g standard)

Enve v2 Garmin mount - 27g

Vredestein Latex Superlite Road Tube - 50g each

Shimano EW-RS910 bar end junction box

Dura Ace 11-25T cassette - 175g

Bike comes in at 6,900g with everything apart from Garmin unit and bottles.

A set of EE brakes should bring it down to 6,760g-ish....

So a few upgrades:

Full 9150 Di2
Enve 120mm Aero Road Stem - 170g (+47g)
Enve / K-Edge mount -29g (-4g)
DA chain - 239g (+18g)
Quarq DZero Carbon 172.5 - 541g (-37g)
Rotor NoQ Qarbon 52T - 134g (-19g)
Speedplay Nanogram pedals - 143g (-45g)
EE brakes - 168g (-128g)
CeramicSpeed coated OSPW - 77g (+30g)
C-Bear ceramic BB - 112g (+6g)
Specialized 26c Turbo Cottons - 235g each ( +30g each)
Pro Vibe Stealth Carbon 142mm saddle - 169g (+63g)
New Cervelo 25mm setback seat post - 198g cut (+14g)

Got the total weight down to 6,650g with cages, pedals etc, but now up to around 6,750g.

I’m working away from the lightest possible bike now, to the one that’s the fastest.

The Cannondale is about 1kg heavier then what you got.
Not quite sure how it can be considered as an improvement.

I see it as a challenge...

If my S5 had discs, I'd probably keep it forever. It really is such an amazing bike, but with the weather in the UK, discs are a must IMO.
