And after 10 months the same story . I think that specialized has quality problem! For me I thing that this is the end of 10 years specialized relationship! I am whating for the warranty answer

3 s works frame in 14 month's! I will put the story from the start.....

1 frame crack after 1 months the replacement frame came .....unboxing and ha ha send it back ! After another 15 days 2 replacement frame came ......but no luck after 10 month . I have no more words to say .I believe that they give the 2 selection frame for replacement kit . For me I will wait and see (so far 15 days with no answer)

This is a color problem not structure so it has 1 year warranty but.....but.....the one year count from the 1 bike ( from 2008)
This is how big company is treated....thank you specialized....!!
