Cheers
The weight difference is fairly insignificant at about 11 grams. I really just liked the aesthetics over the praxis.

Shifting isn’t as crisp as it was with the praxis chainrings but the mechanic is looking at some play in the B.B. which may be the culprit. Will let you know once it’s addressed.

Was going to say Alligator I links.
That stuff's a bit cheap and nasty, and can creak. The joints aren't great.

Jagwire Elite Link is good stuff, though.

Picked up powermeter pedals for the protos because I really like the Clavicala SE cranks. Required me to switch from Time Xpresso 15 pedals. So far so good. Calibration was straightforward.

What is the weight difference between your SRM Exakt pedals and your Look Kéo Blade Ti pedals?

It's all downhill from here, except for the uphills.

Sharp looking bike.

Sorry if I missed it somewhere, but what size is the frame?

They did a really good job with the proportions to make a big frame look good. Something many companies don’t do very well.

New lightweight tubs got me down to 14.41 with powermeter pedals. Impressive weight savings

Shifting is more precise with campagnolo rings so I went back to SRM campagnolo crankset with 12 speed chainrings. Added some weight, but I prefer the new looks.

Latest touches on the Protos. Didn’t want to upgrade to 12 speed to get rid of the junction box. Talked to my mechanic who fabricated a 3D printed EPS junction box for the bar end (as offered on shimano and EPS 12s) to replace the unsightly box required for EPS 11s.

Absolutely love how it turned out. New unit charges, syncs with iPhone and lights up just as the old one. So much more convenient to charge and has a rubber grommet to protect the interface. These WR bars don’t have exit ports and he still made it work. Still putting it through its paces, but so far so good.

I’ll make a separate thread if people are interested. Here are some quick shots

That looks pimp tight.

You mentioned the frame is a 59.1. How tall are you, if you don't mind me asking?

I may be able to get a deal on a 2018 Protos frame set, 57.5cm. I'm 6'2.5", but I'm wondering if a 57.5cm frame would be too small. Do DeRosas fit large?

Thanks.
