Slim and sexy! What do you think of the orange decals on the rims?

Thanks Frankie!

I have some white decals on order....they orange were meant to match the Cielo, but these wheels will be reserved for this bike so the decals will be updated accordingly.

Cheers! I thought the same...it has some really nice features of the True Temper S3 tubes, such as, a teardrop top tube and bi-ovalized down tube. Pretty neat features for a steel bike. It was the personal bike of Aaron Barcheck who built it for himself in August of 2015.

Godd looking bike. I quite like the orange decals, I think it gives the colours some contrast.
I think it has taste. +1

I would agree with the orange decals; however, there is a thin chartreuse pinstripe that separates the white and the blue on the frame which does not agree with the orange unfortunately.

Agree; however, I built it up with what I had laying around, frankly. The Cielo has Force which would be a nice upgrade, but the frame is Shimano blue and has Shimano decals, so that was out. I didn't want to buy 9000 because it is slated to be replaced soon and that would be money wasted, imo. Also, I like all black components and 5800 is the best all black Shimano groupset available (and I already had it in the parts bin). If 9100 is all black, that will probably the direction this bike will go. :beerchug:

I like the way you think in terms of matching stuff. Why not 6800? It's not black, but it's close enough no?

I'd put the Belgiums on the Mosaic, then glue some cross tubs on the enves for the cielo.

EDIT: just kidding, saw you already have edge wheels for the cielo. oops!

for mechanical set-ups that are non-disc no real advantage in going 9100 over 9000. at least imo based on the advanced press.
