Love it, especially with the little 'other colour' bits!
Have you seen the 'drinking straw' 360deg reflectors you can get for spokes? Not sure if they would add the right thing...up to you!

Stellar job! The new panel parts in color are a neat addition for "non reflective mode".

Any idea of how many grams this added to the build?

This is insane. Hats off.
Truly amazing job. I quite like the end result.

Do you have any idea how many hours went into the designing, cutting and applying of the 3M tape?
How about the resistance to the elements?

You should forward those pics to Specialized, maybe they'll want to do a feature on your inventive work.

Took about 25 hours to hand cut, hand apply everything. Definitely time consuming. I have gone on a few rides and it seems to be holding up pretty well. I think over time you will start to get the edges lifting. I don't have any sealant or anything over it. This was just something fun to do in the meantime before doing something custom painted down the road. I don't have exact weights yet, but I am thinking it added 100-150 grams or so at most.

looking at it more, i wish the SWORKS logos were over the reflective parts. which i know isn't possible with the method u used, unless u delogo'd and then made up some SWORKS decals.

I'd love to see that thing at night when some car lights hit it.

25 hours... Not bad considering the amount drawing, cutting out and applying all this must have been.
Maybe it'd be better to apply a finish above it before you go out riding too much, because I definitely think that just high speeds in dry weather will eventually start to lift up the edges of the stickers too...
Just be sure to check that a polish/coating doesn't take away the reflective effect beforehand.
I would certainly leave the wheels as they are. Looks like a 'one or the other but not both' case to me...
Have you thought about reflective bar tape? That could be a nice touch... I think Cinelli makes one.
