I have one question, why don't you use a tapered headtube?

Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)
Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

in my experience for the same level of quality of the bearings
I've found my external headset ( classic or 44mm ) would last longer)
But now some builders provide tapered headtube for integrated headset in diverses materials ( ti : firefly, baum , steel : firefly carbon : pursuit )
I find that whithout spacers I like better externals headset it reduce the headtube length
on a custom bike I don't want any spacer or one of 5mm that's it

@wheelsONfire yes I use it! In many pics is so diffcult to check. But the headtube of all my frames is designed for Chris king headset Inset i3: 44 mm (upper cup) and 49.6 mm (lower cup). Or you can use any other headset with external cups with these measure for upper and lower diameter.

Hey guys! Probably this one is one of lightest mount for integrated handlebars on market (probably there are some in plastic but for me them don't count).
This is Stelvio Corretto. 15 grams with all hardware. zero-vibrations with solid carbon fibre construction of the finest carbon fibre types. It works with some bars on the market such as like pro-bar or ritchey. Also there is avaible a custom version for Wilier Alabarda handlebars.
Yes, all handcrafted in my workshop in the middle of Dolomites.

@Werking: that’s nice. As I work with the Pro Bars that you picture on occasion would it be possible to get a picture of the underside where it attaches to the bars? I’ve being using K-Edge mounts which are very nice, sturdy and I have zero complaints about. But yours might certainly be a unique bit of bling for some special build. Also, will a Garmin 1030 clear the bars when mounted?

@Calnago, it's similar, actually I don't have any pics But I could take one. You have 2 slots so you can adjust the right measure you want in two different slot lenght: small devices and big devices.Calnago wrote: ↑Fri Mar 22, 2019 2:44 pm@Werking: that’s nice. Update Corretto: now it works with Chapter2 Mana handlebar and New Cervelo S5, cutting the weight by an half rather commercial soultions. For small devices + Cervelo S5 please ask, we have to trim it, so the total weight is around 14 grams.
Superleggero update: in attach some new pics with the lastest two finish layup: 1K plain and 6K spread tow.
Ciao from a sunny Trentino!

Oohh Im very interested. Not keen on Extralites own mount so just running the trusty old K-Edge for the time being, but would certainly welcome the weight savings once this is ready to go. Quick question, will I be able to bolt on a go-pro mount on the underside of the mount?
