Hi weightweenies!
Just a quick & very short introduction of me: I'm Andrea 25 years old, from 2012 I started some many experiments with carbon fiber. I attended a course for frame builder in San Patrignano(2013). Then the desire to build carbon fiber frames in my workshop has grown more and more.
Here I attach some photos of my third prototype of Model A. Round carbon fiber tubes for about 850 grams of weight. The BB is a classic BSA.
Here some details of "Model A protoype"
Now I'm working on the 5th prototype and is a new carbon fiber model "Model S". The weight is around 860 grams in 54 cm measure (depends on layup and painting). In the next moth with the same chainstay I would to put the flat mount, so the model S prototype can be setup with road disc brake.
Intern of the down tube
Other prototypes are coming such as a carbon saddle and a seatpost.
Will post more photos and news soon...
Hope you'll like it - any comments etc. are welcome!
Thanks for your attention

Nice! Looking forward to seeing more!
A question: Where do you source the cable stops for the internal routing? They look really clean.

Thanks to everyone!
@Marin the cable stops is made from thecnonline.it, it's a very good product but expensive. I've 3d printed some experiments to replace it. The prototypes works very well thank to self lubrification but I have to work on the aesthetically design.

Very good job. Next prototipe, calculate a bigger seat tube angle, this one looks too small for you.
Looking great!!

Looking good!
How's the ride so far on your prototypes?

Looks like a very stiff frame.... Great work!

@micky great website (but contact page doesn't exist)
@soracabana yes! in this prototype I don't have calculate the 14mm of the bottom external cup of the headset So this little particular has changed the seatube angle. On the first prototype of "Model S",I didn't make this mistake and the seatube angle is 74°. The Model S in the first ride works very very well. Thanks to the thin seatstay the comfort is on the top.
Here the first photos on the Model S
@AJS914 With Model A I have ridden more than 400 km (with a 120km race on roads with many holes). Against all my expectations, the bike has a very good ride comfort. At the same time the stiffness around the bottom bracket is really good (my sensations).

ive spend some time at san Patrignano years ago, i still fondly remember the talk i had had with one of the guys at the lunch table, they asked why was i there, why would i eat with them, they said you can eat Nutella not the fake Nutella they use at san Patrignano.i told the fellas i did not have deep feelings for nutella or other hazelnut paste for that mather, how ever i pledged i would never buy anything else other then nutella and they approved!
till this day i have not bought anything else other than the real thing ! must have been the summer atum of 2003 maybee 2004.
great looking bike, great initiative but....you cant ride a bike with electrical tape instead of bartape !! you NEED to sort that out subito ! (-:

YEs! But I've assembled this prototype in the evening and the original bartape I did not like at all. So I proceed to electrical tape!
