I have one question, why don't you use a tapered headtube?
Bikes:

Ax Lightness Vial EVO D
Paduano Racing Fidia

in my experience for the same level of quality of the bearings
I've found my external headset ( classic or 44mm ) would last longer)

But now some builders provide tapered headtube for integrated headset in diverses materials ( ti : firefly, baum , steel : firefly carbon : pursuit )
I find that whithout spacers I like better externals headset it reduce the headtube length
on a custom bike I don't want any spacer or one of 5mm that's it

@wheelsONfire yes I use it! In many pics is so diffcult to check. But the headtube of all my frames is designed for Chris king headset Inset i3: 44 mm (upper cup) and 49.6 mm (lower cup). Or you can use any other headset with external cups with these measure for upper and lower diameter.

Hey guys! Probably this one is one of lightest mount for integrated handlebars on market (probably there are some in plastic but for me them don't count).

This is Stelvio Corretto. 15 grams with all hardware. zero-vibrations with solid carbon fibre construction of the finest carbon fibre types. It works with some bars on the market such as like pro-bar or ritchey. Also there is avaible a custom version for Wilier Alabarda handlebars.

Yes, all handcrafted in my workshop in the middle of Dolomites.

Now I'm working on some new products for 2019...
