How do you like the ride? Anything you would change? I'm looking at a Chebacco - not exactly the same, but supposed to be similar

I haven't properly ridden this bike yet as only just got if functioning due to issues. Before this I had a Parlee Z5i which it the best riding bike I have ridden. I am in the cycling trade and have ridden nearly every popular bike and the Parlee is the best in my opinion to the combination of comfort and stiffness. The Altum is meant to have the same ride as the Z5i but stiffer and the Chebaco will be along the same lines. Parlee are very particular about that, I used to sell there bikes and have spoken to them at length.

i have had a carbon oversized jockey setup made in 11t-15t, it has come out the same weight as stock DA 9000 cage and jockeys![]()
i also made a first rough version of a carbon hood i am making which work out slightly more then 1/4 of the weight as stock DA 9000
Nice to see you are making your own Carbon brake hoods. Good work.

Going to lose a bit on the stem and probs gain it back on bartape so will most likely stay at 5.73kg for now

Does the cassette shift any differently or noticeably louder with the stealthrings gone.

Not that I can really notice, even if it did make a little more noise this is weight weenies after all, the XX1 platform is a similar design and doesn't use them and is fine. Are they actually called stealth rings or did you make that up?

As current 5.7kg with bartape and MK1 Parlee spacer which drops 20g, it may go after final fit
