I am the same height (though I like to claim I am 5'11") and have a saddle height of 75cm, running a 130mm stem on a 54cm bike. I use an Enve compact bar, however, my Shimano shifters have a longer reach than your RED shifters do, thus, increasing my reach even more.
2nd. I cannot fathom someone at 5'10 with such a low saddle height and reach. It's usually one or the other but never both.
It's almost like people are built differently and fatigue differently. I'm 5'10" and run a 71.7cm saddle height. I used to run 71.0cm with my Empire SLX because they had both a lower stack height and farther back cleat placement than my current shoes. I also have a relatively deep setback of 8.9cm and a saddle-to-grip reach of 56.5cm with a 26cm Romin Evo (vs a 24cm Power.) I like my saddle a little shorter to balance out glute/hamstring and quad activation. I also bend my elbows about 80 degrees on the hoods/grips rather than keeping them more extended.

Damn that thing is hot. Nothing like a set of Corsa's on some Enve's to set things off. I really need to get out and take some decent pics of mine as well.

Lol I'll keep it in mind, but I dont have the finances to be doing anything with a frame in the near future.
