Well, I'm hesitently excited to sell my dream build. Its been so much fun and I still truly love it. Looking at builing up a new project and this will have to go in order for that to happen.

2015 Cannondale Evo Hi-Mod Frame/Fork Size 54:
It has been meticulously taken care of. I wipe down or wash if needed after every single ride, including roller sessions. I have only been caught in the rain twice that I can think of on it. Otherwise, it never sees poor weather. It has never fallen over, touched the ground leaned against something that could give it a bruise. This has been my baby and I tread it like such. Since i have Etap and no rear derailluer, the cable hole has been plugged with a rubber grommet that stops any water from getting in the frame. There is one small mark on the inside of the non drive side chain stay from a tire that was slowly going flat and I didn't notice it for a couple miles. Otherwise, it is mark free.

Stem:
The fork has been cut for the stem to be slammed. The Deda superleggero stem has a small stack height so Im going to include the stem with purchase. It is a 100mm +/-8. Would also come with a weight weenie approved custom fetha garmin mount since it was made specifically for this stem. ($90 retail)

Seatpost:
Matching Deda Superleggero seatpos 12 deg offset. I wanna say it was cut but I don't recall for sure. I can always pull it out and look if needed. Also has an aftermarket, uber light seatpost collar made by Aerozene - 11g

Bottom bracket
New CeramicSpeed BB bearings!

Headset:
I just got a new one put in from my bike shop and I wanna say it was an FSA. I can ask and see what they used. Using the stock Cannodale Evo expander plug (The uber light one)

That is what I'm planning on selling for the frameset.
Head over to the classifieds or reach out in a private message to get details

Seperate items NOT included in the price above will be:
-Cannondale Hollowgram SiSl 52/36 spiderings
-CUSTOM ALL black Planet X CNC ultralight brake calipers (These usually come black and red, but these were specially made for me by the designer of Planet X) 195g for the set -

Not included or for sale because I will be using:
-ilink brake cable housing
-Saddle
-Handlebars
-Etap
-Wheels
-Bottle cages

Hmmm why does it cost 50% more than market value for a 25.4 Hi Mod frame?

What is market value and how are you evaluating that? I've seen plenty of same year frames for similar price points. However if you have information that can help me align my price I'd love to be updated. Thanks
