Any tips for keeping your Madfiber wheels from delaminating?

I dont think there is anything can be done, it was the clinchers that had issues as the carbon brake surface was bonded to the alloy rim. As you probabbly know under braking alloy and carbon expanded at differnig rates eventually causing delamination. You could try clearing and bonding off reglueing whilst clamping in place, I think it will probably happen again though! It was only the clinchers that suffered as the tubular rims were complete carbon with no alloy rim.

That's good to hear as my new set will be tubular.

Man, this is just awesome. There was a dude posting his y-foil in the hot or not thread over at bikeforums, and I was like damn, I want to see one of these puppies updated with modern bits, and then I happened to stumble across this, without even searching.

Next level. Smashed it out of the park.

In case anyone wants to join the party, here's one on ebay in Germany which has been ridden twice (allegedly) and hung on the wall. Record Ti 9 speed, THM, Schmolke and so on. 8.1 kg. £1700 or less. https://ebay.us/uXc9av
