Thanks for all the kind words! Did a short shakedown ride today (sweet spot intervals) and the frame characteristics are spot on, just what I was looking for.

I have considered black Zipp decals, perhaps later.

@ netromsa
50-38 is due to two things:
1. Me not being as fast as I used to be
2. While Sweden is quite flat I want to be able to switch to 34t for trips to the Alps.

Hi!
Well done, looks great.
I'm thinking about the same frame, but I'm unsure concerning the size (56 vs 58). I'm 1.83cm, inseam 87cm and my saddle height ist 78cm. Could you please tell me what your measurements are? And how much saddle-handlebar-drop you have (top saddle - top handlebar). Thanks!
Nicolas

Unless you want a very agressive riding position, I would go for the 58. Take a look at mine. Saddle height is 77 cm with 9,5 cm bar to saddle drop.

@nbon My saddle height is 78,5cm. I am 186,5cm tall and switched the standard 110mm stem to a 120mm. Can´t measure drop since I don´t have the bike at hand.

Nice one, really! Just minus 0.5 points for the yellow tires

First a couple of pics I had on the camera:

Image
Frame weight including top headset bearing and all hardware (cage bolts, seat clamp, der. hanger).

Image
Uncut fork incl. lower headset bearing

Image
Seatpost

Image
Stem 120mm, which should be lucky it matches the bike perfectly. Otherwise it would go straight off, what a porker...

Recently bought a pair of fall/spring wheels. Really like the classics/climber look.

It´s Visions carbon tubular rim (23mm wide and 24mm high) paired to simple hubs and spokes, a Planet X special which I picked up on sale. Claimed weight 1520g.
Shod with 25mm Conti Sprinters. Seemed like a more interesting choice than Fulcrum Racing 3:s or any other middle range alu clincher. I´ll get back with riding impressions.

I have also bought some genuine Zipp all black decals so the fast wheels will also get a makeover.

Love that look! I think the Zipps will look better with the black decals, too. Awesome bike.

Nice bike. The only 2 things I do not like is the handlebar (the bikes has a very contemporary look and the h-b is too traditional looking) and the gum tires. The rest is perfect.!

Have you thought about taking the Zipp logo's off the wheels? I was hesitant to take my Enve Logo's off for the longest time. Took them off and wish i would have done it so much earlier, especially with the gum wall tires
