This was my race bike in 2014. It weighed around 8.4 kgs with Xpedo M-force 8 (steel spindle) pedals.

Nice! I love a good Lefty.
Hi Marsbar,
As I am brand new to this place I am still not allowed to send private messages and urgently need your opinion I want to buy Cannondale F29 Team 2014 but unfortunately know no one having one already and there are some basic questions I wanted to ask.
Frankly speaking I have never ride any Cannondale at all...
I would be very grateful if you could write about your rider experience, prons & cons of this bike and...have it any weaknesses at all?
Thanks in advance
Dominik

It's a great bike, but I'd go for an F-Si instead. The F-Si has quite a slack head tube (69.5 degrees), compared to the F29s 71 degrees. This makes the F-Si better on the descents IMO. You should be able to get an F-Si Carbon 2 for a good price.
