coppercook did you weight your frame? Your buildweight seems heavy (relatively) for a bike with lightweights/fibula/clavicula and a berk combo, even with the di2.

Used to be sub 6 kilos. I covered the Berk saddle and added 60 grams. I tried riding uncovered for a month and never could get used to it. I tuned some speedplays and developed a ticking so i switched to stainless that add like 50 grams. The fork is edge 2.0. I figure frame is got to be 900-950 grams.
The ride is fantastic. Night and day from my old Cervelo R3.

May I ask, how do you like the THM / Praxis combo with the Di2?

Coming from a Cervelo R3 it is much stiffer, which I really enjoy. It feels more solid underneath me as well. It is not twitchy at all. I sold my R3, which was a great bike, but that bike felt mushy in comparsion. Being cuctom fits like a glove, he really nailed geometry. The craftmanship is amazing. I showed it to a local framebuilder and he was really blown away by the finish. He said he has to have a lot of hours into the frame and its finish. It's way more bike than I would ever need, but you only live once.
