Got a final fit done ( seat up, bars rolled forward and shifters brought back up ).
And took every thing above the stem off.

Did you weigh your EE brakes with pads before mounting.

for reference, my eebrakes were 155 grams w/o pads...196 sounds about right...and they are smmmmoooooth

I have to put a new frame grommet in so I'm going to take em all out.
Then I'll gram hunt on the cables ;)
