2013 Trek Madone 5.2 (AKA Project Fauxmonda)

Made some small updates over the last week or so. I replaced the headset bolt and cover with a titanium bolt and a carbon cover I took off one of my other bikes, which brought the weight down to 7.27kg. On Wednesday, I received my new water bottle cages (Bontrager copies). The RL cages weighed 75g for the pair, these new cages weigh in at a svelte 32g for the pair, a cool 43g off the bike. The bike now weighs in at 7.23kg. Now I'm going to look at dropping the 30g I need to hit the 7.2kg mark. I think I'll get some titanium bolts for the stem, and maybe put a short-cage Ultegra cassette on there, just as a stop-gap until I upgrade my Madone 9 to 12-speed (DA9000 going back on this bike, when it's done).
