I've made some ft. brake fairings for triathlon bikes(not uci compliant). I'm working on fenders for a client. And, I've made some single use parts for integrating di2 batteries and junctions. Tools for seatposts are in the works.

Just started this one. It will get some bracing reinforcements and will be around 165g. The post is not very light; just some old carbon post that was in the dungeon(a box in the back of the shop).

What is the width on your saddles?

 Ok, that's nice. That looks to be quality work (and attractive, too). Congrats.

these are the pieces that I'm using to reinforce the saddle. They are very stiff; compression molded bi-axial with uni @ 0-90. They are currently being tacked into position.

Fletch, do you want to know how wide the sides are, or the effective width? The two saddles that I usually make have a total width of 122mm and 141mm. Effective is a bit different. Holla!

Wide. Currently use a Merek Mega saddle but looking for a similar shape with more of a cutout area. It is 137mm at its widest point.
Berk's new saddle looks nice but the 300eu price tag doesn't.

Very nice work! I dont know if you would be interested or not but below is a mold I made for a 31.6 seatpost tube. If you are interested in a mold let me know and I may be able to help you out.

Maybe you can get one once he moves the manufacturing too china :noidea:

The cost is pretty good given the weight and lack of weight limits, plus it's very low run stuff and exclusive. The boy needs a little extra cash in his pocket to keep the projects rolling too.
:unbelievable:

All finished up! This is my first combo. 165g. The beams seem to manage the torsion VERY well. I'll let ya know how it rides... actually, Alan will let us know how it rides!

Fantastic work, spectacular really! I would also love to hear more about the brake fairings, how will they be attached and what brakes will they fit? Would love to se some brake fairings that fit "normal" brakes, so you don't have to give up performance to get aero...
