Some better less cluttered photos.

I want it to look sexy but it just doesn't. Opinions on what you would change? Will have a weight next week finally.

Perhaps a bit too much colour in places versus the black.

Are those old Cube parts (wheels & tyres, stem, seatpost)? The blue perhaps clashes a bit with the red on the forks and chainset. Also if those are Cube parts and Cube branded Schwalbe's then they could well be steel bead and weigh a ton if they are the same as the ones on my other half's Cube so you could lighten things and get all black tyres to boot.

New Groupset with hidden cables and a standard double. Plain black wheels with gumwall tyres... boom

They are old cube parts. I want to go back to sram as I really dislike the shimano hoods.

Lee I really like the pearl white and it could be an option over winter.

Oh no keep it black. I prefer the black.

Must say I love the work you do on the fork, keep it up.

I need to find some sram levers at a good price. I would be tempted by apex levers just to go back onto sram. The levers are so much neater and comfier.

How to get it looking a little better ... in my opinion,
- ditch the tyres for full black
- different bottle cage, something slimline
- different saddle, what you have is very bulky looking
- different bars

Not the best picture of mine, but this is the same frame
