Quoting for this page.
Love it.

Congrats, you nailed it. The quill stem + classic bars is just perfect on this. I personally think that the saddle fits here and do like the look! I used to have the Molteni coloured master that ernesto did a couple of years back and I still regret letting it go to this day

That is one beautiful machine.
Later, in winter perhaps, you might get a kick out of building it up with your SR11. My cousin and I both did our 2010's like that, and the combo of classic (or should I say timeless) Italian steel and top-line groupo... to me, wow. I can understand if you're sticking with a certain concept though.
Get used to people saying "Beautiful bike! How old is it?".

Thanks guys,
Yes, I still leave open the possibility of rebuilding it on R11 or SR11, I have them new in boxes, for that of maybe the SR11 for the coming C59 on AD10.
But well, what I wanted on this Master is to have a full metal equivalent of my C-50 and that goal is met , you never know maybe on a not so distant day, Campagnolo surprises us with an special edition all silver high end groupset.
For the time being it looks and performs really good on this centaur UT/US.
And about the C59 AD10 I am looking forward to see it in the flesh at Eurobike this August.

Beautiful build! How did you swing the threaded fork??? I am very close to doing a similar build after having bought a Master Light 59cm that was a bit too large. Is this a 56? How tall are you and what is the distance from the BB to the top of the saddle?

I use 74.5 cm from center of BB to the saddle top intersection following the seatpost line

The regular Master comes with a non threaded fork.

you mean, to buy the fork only ?
it would depend on where you are located, I have seen some online shops who have them like totalcycling.co.uk

It's very expensive as a spare though.
