I was wrong when I wrote that over a year ago.

The Acros the clamp headset preloads the bearing at the top of the head tube rather than at the top of the stem. You can have spacers under the top cap if you like. It just doesn't do anything.

Beautiful bike. Well done, love the white cockpit. The only problem IMHO is that the seat looks too low. It seems to be at the same level than the handlebars. It should be 6-8 cm higher to look "pro". Other than that, great!

Thank you vinceflynow for your prompt reply. I am currently riding a C59 12BK, (2013 Team Issue) and have just purchased a 2013 NERO frameset. Both are 54S. I will get started on the new build soon. SR11 on both, but will probably try different stem, bars and wheels on the new build. (Two homes in different states so I need a second ride). PS. Your bike is a beauty!
