The one you can afford? Bar set up looks fine already... Unless you have already optimized your position I wouldn't worry about it unless it is stopping you from getting more aero.

If you want aero savings, 10cm length of drinking straw on a front hydration system straw generates an estimated 1/10th pound of drag* == ~5 Watts and will cost you nothing... :wink:

I wanted to buy 3T Brezza + tririg stem, but if you think it's okay I will not changed it.
