Really like how well the frame, stem, bars and saddle all match. Looks quite nice so far, only thing that seems a bit "off" is the red crank/chain rings that stand out a bit. Regardless, very nice job so far

Hi,

cables: tbd

How about Niro Glide? Very light and still installs like a classic cable system.

If you don't mind me saying, I don't like the red accents either. Too many stickers on the rear stay and the handlebar tape makes the bar look too skinny which is further enhanced by the beefy saddle IMO.

Other than that enjoy the Kuota.

Ciao, ;)

Wow, great looking bike even it's not finished yet. The frame and paint looks awesome. Are the decals on the chainstay under the clear coat? If not I personally would remove them.

Thanks!

I'm afraid that the logos on the chainstay are under a clearcoat. My plan is to make the bike a bit cleaner by swapping the saddle for another one. Well, the black brakes hasn't let me down yet so I figured I could swap them later.

Any feedback on the Yokozuna reaction?

Looks like a proper pro team bike.

Go white cable housing.

Please don't install white housing on this beauty. I think black is the way to go!

I am totally with you. But seems OP wants some very similar /equal build to the Kuota's of the AG2R Team . :noidea:
And those have white housings.

The black wheels goes very well with your white frame. If you are looking for my opinion on the buildlist, I would change the bar to something with a classic bend. Black cables, black bartape (Not lizardskins). And as you also said, the saddle could be something a bit more clean. (black imo)
Off course the red graphics on the groupset is a bit of, but if you're not the guy who pulls out some sandpaper and some clearcoat spray, then just leave it as it is. One of my friends got a new "trainingbike" yesterday, and the Red didn't match the colors of the bike that well(Specialized SL4 Saxo edition). But overall I loved it. I've been dreaming since.

I have several ag2r bikes in my collection. The cable housing on the Team bikes was white.

On Lizard Skins, I used to think exactly the same as you guys. I got a whole bunch of it from my friends at Lotto-Belisol, though, so I am trying it. I appreciate that Lotto-Belisol is sponsored by Lizard Skins, but it actually feels really good. I'm starting to turn around on it...

I was actually thinking about the lizard skins 1.8, read a lot of good reviews. Any other suggestions on that part? I'll go for black aspide saddle, black housing and black bar tape as it looks right now. I'll also switch the saddle post clamp for a black one.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
