Could you post some pictures of how the cables are done? We have one in the shop but we are to busy to disassemble one at the moment.
Thinking about drilling my CAAD for Ultegra DI2. 1 hole in toptube, 1 hole in chainstay, I get that, but how is the bottom bracket area done?
Thank you.

No worries.
I've already pressed the bearings so it makes it a bit difficult to see the inside of the BB shell.
Basically there are two holes on the rear of the shell through to the seat stays:

One hole on the top of the shell through to the seat tube:

One large rectangular hole on the front of the shell through to the downtube:

and finally, two holes on the bottom of the shell:

The rest is pretty straightforward:

I'd say you might have some trouble drilling/'dremeling' holes in the BB shell, it is a pretty tight fit.

Trust me, I feel your pain. I'm hoping to get a complete SiSL2 crankset soon - my bike fund is just running a little low at the moment.
Much apreciated!! I seem to remember that most of the holes in the bb are already there in a normal Caad10 frame. One more question, which hole is the junction box pushed into? Probably in the downtube, right? Dremeling out the holes should be doable, we have done it on a Spec Shiv before.
Yep, junction box is in the downtube, it's the only place it will fit.
Getting very jealous of this project...

i am building my SuperSix Ui2
i have a better BBshell view ...
this is very important , my previous built with a Di2 , i have same cables internal on the BBshell. and i never feel well while riding.
i had a small plastic tube inside the BB30 shell to avoid spinning spindle touching the cables
... here is my shell now
this time i use a smart cable routing inside frame ...
i don't know if alu Caad is different , compared to my carbon SuperSix ....
