This is my 2011 Ribble Sportive Racing. As you can see it is slightly on the porky side and I was hoping to get a few ideas of how to shed some weight.
Spec is as follows:
Full Shimano 105 Groupset (BB30)
Look Keo Pedals
Fulcrum Racing 3 2 way wheelset
Hutchinson Fusion 3 Tyres and a bit of Stans Sealant
Ribble/Generic expander plug which seems to weigh a ton.
Ebay Carbon Cages
Specialized Romin 153mm standard
Selcof Seatpost which came on another frame (seems heavy)
ITM Alutech Stem
ITM Alutech Bars
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
When I take it off the road for the winter I will strip it down and weigh it all to work out where all the weight is!
They have them at the rip-off price
I found mine for like 1$ per meter
As far I remember, they can be red, white, blue and black.
you could chip away a kg on this but that money could have you 3/4 way to a really nice bike ...
just mho ..
