I've just got answer from THM, that they offer 386 EVO BB cups for Clavicula. So there should be no problem to use Clavicula with Zero7 anymore

I'm thinking about buying new Zero7 frameset so I started to collect information about instalation of my Clavicula to Zero7. According to Wilier, they supply new frameset with Shimano and Campagnolo adapters. So standard Shimano or Campagnolo cranksets should work without any problems. I'm not so experienced with this and I'm not sure if You can use Clavicula directly with Shimano BB (Wilier Shimano BB adapter). From pictures on Wilier web, it seems that those adaptors already contain bearing so You do not need BB when using Shimano crank. Just crankset itself. To be sure than my Clavicula will work with Zero7, I contacted THM directly and they answered me with this e-mail:
Hello Martin,
thanks for your inquiry.
As we can see on the internet site of Wilier, the Zero7 frame has an BB 386
EVO bottom bracket which supports FSA Cranks. The BB 386 EVO is a new bottom
bracket standard which was invented by FSA.
For this standard we can offer you our THM 386 EVO cups, which are
specifically designed for our Clavicula Cranks. With these cups you can you
are able to use your Clavicula with the Wilier Zero7 frame.
If you have an Clavicula C2 compact crank we need to know your serial number
because on older Clavicula compact cranks there has to be made an slight
modification of the crank. But this is only in case of ordering the THM 386
EVO cups!
We hope you find your object and offer you our wide service with experience
and professionality in all matters.
If you have further questions, don´t hesitate to ask me.
We are looking forward to receiving your order.
Best regards

C-Bear stuff is great! The build quality is a step above others and they come with a 2 year warranty. I run their BB30 bearing and are trouble free. Few guys I know run their adapters for different BB standards and have good things to say about them. Give it a try
