Few things to buy in the future, I want to get some slick wheels (Mack Hubs, Sapim, Stans Crest Rims) and also maybe SID WC, the combo of both should save about a kilo.

maybe you could save a bit of weight going 160/140 rotor and homemade chainstay guard with some bartape?

Very nice Steve. Besides wheels, you could look @ Extralite stem = 85 grams. Power Cordz Prime cable system.
@ Devinci, I didn't think you could run 140mm rotor in the rear with post mount caliper?

You probably cant. I just didnt knew it and didnt realized the mount, my bad.
