Its a cane creek carbon short top cap, you have to buy it as a headset from them, but I think fsa also makes one

I know its a matter of comfort, but couldnt you get a nicer sadlle?

It's the only one Ive found that works for me. It's really comfortable but it is pretty big and heavy.

Weighed the bike with race wheels and came out to 16.04lb and a bit under 17 with the aksiums
