Actually I'm thinking a Darimo stem is definitely in my future...

Change of heart - decided to revert back to the black stem and original post.

Darimo post is listed in the For Sale section here if anyone is keen!

you made the right decision reverting back. it looks much better with the colnago post and a black stem. You could still do a darimo cockpit if you want to go exotic, Perhaps some SR12 mechanical and LW Gips are in your future too ;-)

I may still do a Darimo stem, but that's probably as far as I'll go.

I'm enjoying being back on SRAM Red for now, though, so re-buying SR12 ain't gonna happen; and LWs are definitely waaaaay out of my budget!

Frameset going up for sale soon - love the bike, but I never sit still for long and I feel it's time for change...
