I've been playing around with saddle height, currently at 694mm though.

And yeah, realistically you do not need a clutched RD for 1x on a road bike, but will have to see how this goes. I wasn't planning on keeping this but for the price I got it for, it doesn't hurt to keep it around.

Dropped the chain on mine only twice, the first one was when shifting over a bump, the second one happened totally unexpectedly last week. Your bikes all look great, I suppose it's the combination of smaller size and slammed stems.
