@Jenmoss - I will weigh the Jockey wheels later and post the weights. I see opportunity to remove material off the derailleur hanger. Since it is a longer cage, I fear that if I remove too much material it will collapse during shifting.

Got the purple anodized housing. They look great and will go with this build. It only took me 4 months to find it.

Of course I am curious about the weights. The Aican Bungarus was the lightest and includes the inner lining. However, I find Aican to cause more problems so the weight savings is not really worth it. I have always used Alligator iLinks and never had problems. The Jagwires are pretty nice too. Below are some weight comparisons.

The purple color is worth the tiny weight penalty. I have not seen any bike with this color. I believe they will perform like iLinks.

Jagwires are a little lighter.....

iLinks are even lighter. I did not have mini iLinks to weigh.

Aicans are the lightest because they include the inner liner but completely suck from my experiences. If it kinks, you are f@#ked.

Godzuki, I wonder if you have any spare 'traditional' casing around? Could you snip a length the same size as the three link comparison and weight that for us? I'm just curious.

@Poynt - thanks for that! Mini’s are half the weight. I will weigh some standard plastic housing and some spare Nokons too. I might have some of the white Tune housing to weigh too. Anybody have the 2007 carbon Nokons?

@hamiltong17 - if you have 3 unused links can you weigh them?

@Nefarious86 - yes bring back the early Nineties purple! This housing is an excellent value at $12 per meter.

@KarlC - thanks for the link. I forgot about Nino from the MTBR site. I remember buying a Lightning crankset from him years ago.

I have some white inner Tune, as before 215mm at 2.51g or 0.20g eqiv to 3 links of mini in the 4mm. I also have some ordinary black outer called vs turbo plus that is 3.54g for 215mm piece or 0.30g/3links of mini. I always found the Tune too stiff though.
