I'm from brazil and I want to mount a tubular pair of wheels but... hey wheels need TIRES
There's any kind of solution to fix a flated tubular tire while racing? I mean, something like a CO2 with sealant or anything like that?
THANK YOU!
tufo tubulars can be bought at starbike.com or this ebay store has many. http://stores.ebay.com.au/eu-bikeshop
Does anyone have a good source for Dugast Rhino XL 47mm?
Personally, I have found that the best source for tires is from Roger at WCC: http://www.worldclasscycles.com/cyclocr ... s_cart.htm
I bought mine through A. Dugast.

By the way, Rhino XL the best tires I've ever had.

I just recieved 3 Tufo XC4 2,2" tires with a claimed weight of 550g each:
The weights:
508g
509g
520g
Very happy with the weight, and the size (ca 56mm height and widht)

Remember to leave air in the tyres, always, if you use latex in them. Otherwise, the latex tends to bond the inner tube of the tubular to itself, meanign the next time you pump them up the tube will tear, and you will begin to cry.
Musket explain it better please?? I'm about to mount my tubular wheels and will not be using them too often.

Okay, but I'm going to use my tubulars with latex, probably STAN or TUFO.

If you let them deflate and sit (off bike between races, etc) then the latex, regardless of brand, may likely bond to the inner tube of the tubular (tubular tyres have these too, mostly, you just don't see them). When you inflate the tubular next time, the tube will tear. Then you will cry.
That's what I meant. We've got some very sad Dugasts here that died that way.
