you choose a picture of or bike in your PC then you go on this http://www.imageshack.us/ you find the picture you like(, not to big, not more than 640X480 ) then you host it; you will get a few URL, copy one of those and then copy it in the new message that you are writting

I think you misunderstood me.
You originally posted your picture in the Weight Weenies section of the forum and I moved it into the MTB section.
Just so you know, you can attach photos to your message using the Attachment Posting Control Panel at the bottom of the message.

My Cove, is finally getting there... The new wheelset will be finished late this week or early next week, just in time for the Mont 24hr which is basicly the Australian enduro championships. after that a few things to come, but mainly small things...
