I'm riding a xc full suspension bike with disc brakes. I'm looking for a light weight skewer set to replace my xtr skewers. So they should be lighter and rigid (don't want to listen to my disc brakes rub).

What do you experts recommend? Salsa, Avitar, Heylight...? (I have a pair of ringle twisters, but they make my brakes rub.)

No bolt-on skewers, I race, so they need to work fast when I get a flat.

Bolt-on Vs QR has been debated previously.

Many people who race have claimed they can change a wheel the same speed with bolt-on as with QR.

QR: Tune AC16/17. Light and strong. I use them on my Nicolai Helius CC w/ Magura Martas.
