Hey all,
About to give my 2023 100mm blur a freshen up.
Going to put flight attendant on it. Thinking about freshening the following. Any advice or recommendations would be great. The bike will be 120mm used for xc racing and marathons.
Seat post - currently have a Fox Factory SL... going to keep as I really like it and it's somewhat light.
Saddle - s works power carbon saddle - pretty sure I'll keep this as it fits well and is light.
Drive train - currently running XX1 axs with a Quarq power meter crank set - would probably keep this over upgrading to transmission for added weight for no real upgrade. Apparently the flight attendant will work with the Quarq power meter.
Cassette and chain for AXS - is sram the pick or anything about that's light weight and still performs?
Brakes - currently level TLM. Was going to upgrade to Level ultimate stealth - 4 pots and keep the sram theme.
Brake rotors?? Will need replacing if I upgrade the brakes.
Wheels - currently running Reserve 28xc with industry nine hubs. I do have a pair of Roval SL with 240 hubs I could swap out.
Handle bar - Santa Cruz carbon. Wouldn't mind reccomendations on a nice lightweight flat bar. Roval 35? Anyone used a protaper hyperlite? Any other suggestions??
Stem - 80mm Santa Cruz supplied stem. Any recommendations??
Tyres - running recon race 2.4 front and aspen 2.4 rear. Not the lighter but they have proven to treat me well.
I think the bad and stem are basically the major two items.
Fire away on anything that jumps to mind!

For FA I recommend to get left hand pod to switch between automatic and manual mode.
Garbaruk cassette is cheaper and lighter. https://www.garbaruk.com/12-speed-xd.html
Not a fan of sram brakes, but it`s up to you, I would pick xtr or hope and trickstuff if money was not a problem.
For rotors I have used light weight ones, but for me as an 80kg rider, they are not worth it. Now I use Hope floating CL rotors on all my bikes.
For bars you can look at Zirbel, they have integrated axs shifters with bars. Or look at some carbon one pice combos. I use the older (no internal routing one) SYNCROS Fraser iC SL combo. Light, stiff and does not cost an arm or a leg.
For wheels I would pick something with berd spokes, they make the ride more compliant and are light.
Recon race is heavy, you can try Wolfpack tires https://wolfpack-tires.com/?lang=en
