light weight disk brakes......

I need some help here. I want to ditch my Hayes Disk brakes and build a lighter set of disk brakes for my bike. I was thinking of trying out a mechanical set of disk brakes (avid, hayes, shimano, etc....) with some ultra light rotors (stans) ti hardware and a very light set of levers (probably kooka racha levers 95g). Could someone give me some pointers and suggestions on this and possibly some ideas. Thanks for all your help.
