Just launched, no details yet on whether it can be mixed with current components.

It cannot be mixed with current Di2 MTB components (at this time).

You can use SW-M8150-R/IR with 12-speed road derailleurs if you want, but the shifter needs to be wired to the rest of the system.

This is what I'm interested in. Is the port on the SW-M8150 an EW-SD50 or EW-SD300? I'd really love to upgrade the SW-M8050 I have.

11 or 12 speed, this shouldn't matter, this was based on the derailleurs, until now at least. But AFAIK, Shimano limits what the switches can be used for in e-bike applications, for instance you couldn't use a left-side SW-E6000 to shift a rear derailleur (I've been told).

SD300. And 11/12-speed does matter in this case ;-) - most SD300 units won't talk to 11-speed units, unless they were given a firmware update. At this time, only 11-speed time trial shifters and SW-R9150 will work with 12-speed derailleurs, and 12-speed shifters don't work with 11-speed at all.

Some parts may be compatible, but it is OEM only right now (for complete bike, not for sale as upgrades)

"these components will only be available as part of complete bike builds and therefore we do not plan to provide pricing for individual parts or groupsets at this time."
