Yeah 8 bolt DZero Power meters fit mountainbikes, I have one on my Revel. I am running a SRAM provided 4.5mm spacer on the driveside btween the crank and the BB.

I assumed it was Boost as it is a newer 8 bolt spider. Mine has "boost" written on it, it appears that one doesn't. It would have to be newer, again, because it's 8 bolt.

Did you try to put it on your frame ?
If the chainstay allow enough clearance for your ring, you can go with the non boost version.
It will be about 3mm more inboard wich can be better for the bigger sprockets and when back pedalling on the biggest one.
