Shimano 11spd rear d and cassette

So i have the XTRM9000 rear d and 46t cassette.

Whats the best way to update to a 51t rear cassette? I think sticking to 11spd is best with the part problems and not really needing an extra gear if i have a 51t small ring.

Can i use a wolf tooth on the med cage XTR i have or am i best just getting a new rear d? Has anyone done this?
