hi all,

just like to share my humble ride with you guys.
My Cannondale Scalpel SI (2018).
Weight was 9.74kg before i recently change some
bolts to RISK titanium as well as XTR M-9000 11 speed rear.D

now currently weigh in as 9.57kg.

That's pretty light and looks to very rideable with no crazy ultra light parts.

Attached weight of wheelset (without rim tape, rotors and cassette).
Front - 530grams
Rear - 670grams

Latest weight as of 10 Sep 2021. Replaced rear hub to Tune Kong and aerospokes for rims.

Current weighing at 9.28kg

It looks like you have XTR callipers fitted, the banjo bolt can be rotated by loosening it slightly so no brake fluid is lost, to allow a more direct, hence shorter therefore lighter., length of brake hose.

Hi there

anyone tried to fit a Shimano crankset on the 83mm wide old Scalpel Si? I've tried to look for info here and there, and I've see at least two Scalpel Si on facebook marketplace with Shimano crankset but can't find the right info about what adapters I'd need
it bugs me having Shimano group and brakes, with a different crankset :noidea: :mrgreen:
