Shocking!
A Chinese bike company XDS has created possibly the lightest 29er full suspension frame in the world.
With a weight of 1300g (without shock), even EPIC or OIZ or RDR ARES isn't its competitor!

Is it safe to ride? Does it have tests and quality assurance, warranty? who is the manufacturer?

Let's see if the frame can be bought at all and what the target price will be. Personally, I won't be much interested if it costs the same as comparable products. Maybe they'll make a road bike next, a cheaper alternative to Aethos.

Yes, quality control results would be critical.

Honestly? It doesn't sound all that light.

Maybe if you're comparing it to hardtails or road frames I guess. For a full suss it's pretty *f##k* light.

Don't know about this frame but I do know XDS is a well known, well-established, long time chinese framemaker with a great reputation and huge client-ist.
