A friend of mine broke his Fraser cockpit, he used the correct torque, not his fault. It is second hand so probably overtightened at some point.
Now the question is, can this be repaired by a carbon repair shop?
Syncros Fraser repair?

You would need to contact specialist companies but I suspect it will be expensive and/or look horrible.
If that crack breaks, the stem/bar combo falls off possibly resulting in serious injuries.
Id recommend putting that in the bin a sourcing a replacement.

That bit probably needs quite a lot of continuous strands running all the way round from the front of the stem/clamp area, and will probbaly need some fairly major compression/autoclaving and moulds etc.
Syncros might be able to repair it. But no one else.
And it'd probably be cheaper to just replace anyway.
