I'm looking for a full suspension MTB for my sixteen year old son. Looking at someting under £2000, so entry level.
What bikes should I be looking at ? We've seen a 2021 Giant Stance, what's the thoughts ?
All imput gratefully received.

What type of riding is he doing? The Stance is a nice trail bike, 130/120mm is a decent allround amount of cushion, but if he's hitting bike parks, and or confident in the air he might be better off with a little more travel. Conversely it might be too much if his ambitions are in the XC space

If he wants a trail bike, the Calibre Bossnut is often recommended, and comes in around £1200. Room for upgrades later?

What about a canyon neuron? The neuron 6 is 2000€ I think and 130mm travel front and back. Labeled as a sort of little-of-everything entry level bike.
