Having a search and cant find a specific thread.

What does everyone recommend in the way of light weight carbon flat bars and stems?

Currently running standard Cannondale carbon bar with alloy stem.

Mtzoom look light... pricey though.

Any other suggestions of good chinese brands which anyone has put through tests?

Have a look at MCfk but that is big bucks. Newman stuff is very cheap, well made and super light. Radon stcok it on their bikes. Well worth a look. Light rims too!

If MtZoom is (too) expensive there is perhaps not much else apart from no-name Chinese parts. Otherwise - as already mentioned - NewmeN is relatively light and not too expensive.
After that: Beast Components or Bike Ahead handlebars and Extralite stem are proven and light, but costly. Other nice brands are Mcfk, Schmolke etc. Darimo is superlight. But again, pricey!

Mt Zoom Bars with a Kalloy Uno stem, cheap reliable, stiff

Kalloy Uno is one of the lightest stems out there for 20$, anything lighter is at least 200$

Other “cheap” carbon bars: ProCraft, Dulight Lyti, New Ultimate, Leonardi racing

I bought this Ritchey WCS from Merlin, as it was relatively light and also relatively cheap, wich checked both MY boxes :) :

Using Mt Zoom and Kalloy here. Been great for years now. Plenty stiff and lightweight without breaking the bank.

Mt Zoom + Kalloy Uno here as well. Strong and stiff for under $150 USD.
