Crankset/Bottom Bracket. XX1 Dub will be lighter than X1 GXP
Seatpost. Something exotic will be lighter than SL-K carbon. Mt Zoom or KCNC aren't too expensive.
Saddle. Yep.
There'd be a few grams in the brakes but not many. Maybe just do some titanium and aluminium bolt tuning.
What grips? KCNC or Mt Zoom again would save weight.
Cable outer for derailleur and lockout. Something in the 18grams/metre range. xcracer.com sell a couple of options.

as said, bolt tuning can help. It's a small win per bolt but combined it adds up.
What pedals are you using? I have the titanium Xpedo pedals. Saves a bunch compared to regular SPD.
also agree that in the post/saddle combo still some savings can be found.

Have my own topic for weight s(h)aving. Maybe some usefull tips there still?

Yeah, I been looking for a xx1 but trying to find some used is hard.

Grips are ESI, don't want to switch, been racing on ESI for years.

Will definitely come out cable outers, great tips.

What bolts can i replace, bottle cage, discbrake, what more?

I wouldn’t put a dub crankset in bb92, and definitely not on a mtb where you ride in the mud all the time

You will have tiny bearings that won’t last very long

regarding bolts: think about one or have a look on your bike, you can change all of them. examples:clamps from brake levers, shifter, lockout, chaincatcher, brake caliper, brake disc, stem, saddle... Not much off the shelf available but you can "make" them yourself. I ordered titanium and alu bolts on aliexpress (alu only for lever clamps, titanium for stronger use). Cut them off on the desired lengths. Won some grams, looks cool because colormatched and not that expensive (titanium a bit).
