Hi Weightweenies!

Just finished(almost) my first WW project, based on a TREK Supercaliber 9.9. Hope u will like it!

Factory default:

- Supercaliber frame
- FOX 32 SC fork and IsoStrut shock
- Bontrager XXX wheels

Apart from the ones above every other part on the bike has been changed (axles, bolts, seatpost, saddle, rim tape, valves, clamp, centerlock adapter, brake discs etc etc....)

the most important upgraded parts:

- bar: Gemini Propus
- brakes: Trickstuff Piccola
- rear derailleur controller: Zirbel
- powermeter: Quarq XX1 Eagle

About 300 - 350gr could be easily shaved off(on wheels and fork) but that will be just for the 2021 season. Well not sure about the fork tho..really like the look of the Kashima gold :)

Very nice, thank you for sharing! How long did you have to wait for the trickstuff brakes?

Garbaruk cassette.
This build dreamy, a Gemini cockpit and trickstuff piccolla set are the next things I'd do to my own build, this is perfect.

Unless you live somewhere super flat, a BikeYoke Divine SL would do wonders for that bike.

Did you paint the Gemini bar stem yourself? Or can you special request Gemini to paint for you?

it was a special request, if you order directly they are very helpful, and can make it in about two weeks. Just saw some new incredible paintjobs on their instagram page...

Do you think blips could be used as a lighter option than the bulky AXS shifter ?

yes, def lighter and for me due to the dual lockout on the left side also, the only aesthetic option
