The Epic Evo looks very cool. 200g lighter than the Brain equiped Epic with 110mm travel, able to carry 2 bottles & running a conventional shock sounds like a winning combo. Finally an Epic frame without a Brain shock!
Local dealer says the Evo is a couple hundred grams heavier? Seems like it should be lighter or once a 120 travel fork goes on the Evo frame they should be about the same?
Contemplating the Epic, Epic Evo or the updated Spark RC. Currrenlty on a non-RC Spark (130/120) and love it.

The frame is lighter, the bike is heavier.

Thank you for sharing this - good find! I was hoping I could determine if this also reflected a price increase but the AUD vs USD pricing seems to include more than just FX differences.
Does anyone have an idea of when to expect these in US?

I usually roll my eyes at these comparisons but you can get a NEW Ducati Panigale V4 for the same price as the Sworks Epic. That is f%%king insane. No justification other than rich golfer types need a bike to hang off the back of their stupid Mercedes G-Wagon

The link provided is denominated in AUD which shares the same "$" as USD

In Denmark you can add 180% in taxes on bikes and cars, sooooo.. Does that make the S-works cheap? LOL
