hi guys,
I've the chance to get my first hardtail MTB, this will be used for mostly trails, forest, up in the lakes (no jumping/hopping etc).

The 3 current options are:
Cube Reaction Pro 29ern 2019
Felt Dispatch 9/50 29er 2018
Scott Scale 730 2018

Any advise or experience on the above or similar most welcome, I'm limited by £1000 (cyclescheme) but want to use as much of it as possible to get my money's worth and all the above are around the £950-1000 mark.

Thanks in advance, Rich

If you were in USA I’d say Bikesdirect as they have Reba equipped hard tails with eagle for around $1200 usd but I have no clue about eu values

You really need to ride them, see what suits your morphology.
Nothing worse than a bike that you can't get comfy on (How much does the geometry differ between the three?).

At a guess they will all have a fairly similar build spec and quality.

Just picked up a 2018 Scale 935. It's a blast, climbs great and fine on the trails.

Edit: Hargroves has them for £999, so in budget.

Cube, then scott, then felt.
best specced, vs nx/plus bike, vs a lower specced cube
